TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Our wines are packaged in cases of 6 bottles each.
  • Prices are quoted per case of 6, and when making a purchase, the quantity must be in multiples of 6 at checkout.
  • The billing address will be used for delivery unless a specific shipping address is provided by the user or shopper.
  • We have teamed up with The Courier Guy for our online deliveries. If you have any questions or concerns about your parcel, please visit The Courier Guy's website at https://thecourierguy.co.za/to to track your parcel. You can also contact us at +27 (0)21 873 7350 and have your reference/order number ready. Alternatively, you can send an email to info@imbuko.co.za  with your order/reference number.
  • You can expect your parcel to arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of your order.
  • Free delivery only applies when you buy 4 cases or more (excluding our Shortwood Entry range wines) - for example, 4 or more cases of any of the following brands; Imbuko, Pomüla, Van Zijl or Du Plevaux, must be in your cart to qualify for free delivery.
  • Please note that free delivery does not apply if the fourth case in your cart is from the Shortwood Entry range.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Imbuko Wines will always strive to provide the best possible service but as we all are human, mistakes do happen.

In the unlikely event that any product you purchased is damaged or incorrect, kindly contact us upon receipt of the delivery, either telephonically at +27 (0)21 873 7350 or via email at info@imbuko.co.za

We shall arrange for damaged products to be collected and coordinate a delivery to replace the damaged products.

At Imbuko Wines we strive to stock wines of the highest quality and value, but we unfortunately will not exchange, or refund opened wines that did not suite your personal taste or preference.

Should you mistakenly order the wrong wines, we will happily assist you in getting the correct wines delivered to your door. Please note that an additional delivery fee will be charged for your exchanged order.

When making an EFT payment, should the money not reflect in our account within 24hours of order placed then your order will automatically be cancelled.

Orders will only be dispatched when the payment reflects in our account - no orders will be dispatched with proof of payment only.
