Moscato Mojito!


  • Pomüla Moscato (750ml)
  • Handful of Mint leaves, plus extra sprig to serve
  • 2 Limes
  • 2 teaspoons of Castor sugar
  • 1 packet of green jelly
  • Ice



Crush sliced limes (leave 2-3 slices for garnishing), castor sugar and mint leaves together. Place crushed ingredients, Pomüla Moscato and ice into an ice friendly blender and blend together until smooth. Decorate the glass: Dip the rim of the cocktail glass in water (or lemon juice for extra flavour) and then dip it into the jelly sugar. Pour the Moscato Mojito into the decorated glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime wedge.
